Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser
The organiser of the prize draw is

2. Eligibility to Participate
Natural persons aged 18 and over with a residence in Germany are eligible to participate.
Employees of BARAU by Bibi GmbH, as well as individuals directly involved in the implementation of the prize draw and their relatives, are excluded from participation.
Participation is free of charge and not dependent on a purchase.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Participation in the Prize Draw
Participation takes place via the landing page set up specifically for the prize draw.
To participate, a valid email address must be entered into the provided form and the entry must be submitted within the participation period.
The provided email address is required to register the entry and to inform the winners of their prize.
The following confirmation is required to participate in the prize draw:
I have read the terms and conditions of participation and accept them. I have taken note of BARAU’s privacy policy.
Providing consent for advertising purposes is not a prerequisite for participation in the prize draw and has no influence on the chances of winning.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Your entry into the prize draw is only completed once you have clicked this link. Participation cannot be considered without confirmation.
Independently of this, we offer you the opportunity to voluntarily sign up for our newsletter. This registration takes place separately via a dedicated registration process and has no influence on your chances of winning.
4. Participation Period
The prize draw begins on 23.09.2026 at 00:00 and ends on 31.10.2026 at 23:59.
The decisive factor for meeting the deadline is the receipt of the confirmation in accordance with Section 3.
Entries received after the end of the participation period cannot be considered.
5. Prizes
BARAU is raffling off the following among all valid entries:
10 Floral Sunrise Routines, each consisting of:
- 1 × Ylang Coral Soap 90 g
- 1 × Blossom Tonic 100 ml
- 1 × Antiox Serum 30 ml
- 1 × Mild Cream 50 ml
Each set has a retail value of €229.60.
A cash payment, transfer, or exchange of the prize is excluded.
6. Determination of Winners
The winners will be determined on 02.11.2026 by random selection from all valid entries.
The drawing is carried out by BARAU.
7. Notification of Winners
The winners will be notified no later than 03.11.2026 via the email address provided during participation.
To ship the prize, winners will subsequently be asked to provide the necessary information, in particular their name and delivery address.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the prize notification being sent, BARAU reserves the right to draw the prize again among the remaining participants.
The names of the winners will not be publicly disclosed unless express consent has been given for this.
8. Shipment of Prizes
Prizes will be shipped free of charge to a shipping address within Germany provided by the winner.
BARAU is not responsible for non-delivery if it is based on incomplete or incorrectly provided address data.
If a shipment is returned to BARAU due to an incorrectly provided address by the winner or for any other reason attributable to them, a reshipment may be made dependent on the reimbursement of the actual additional shipping costs incurred.
9. Data Protection
For the purpose of conducting the prize draw, BARAU processes the personal data provided by the participants, in particular the email address.
The processing of this data takes place exclusively for the implementation and handling of the prize draw, in particular for registering the entry, confirming the provided email address, conducting the drawing, and notifying the winners.
To confirm participation, the provided email address is verified using the double opt-in procedure. BARAU documents the information required for proof of registration and confirmation.
The data collected for participation in the prize draw will not be used for advertising purposes without a separate legal basis and will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
For winners, the information necessary for shipping the prize, in particular their name and shipping address, is additionally collected.
The personal data of the participants will be deleted after the complete processing of the prize draw, provided that there are no legal retention obligations or other legal reasons preventing deletion.
Voluntary Newsletter Registration
Registration for the BARAU newsletter is not part of the prize draw and takes place separately via a dedicated registration process.
If a participant separately and voluntarily consents to receiving the BARAU newsletter, the email address provided for this purpose will be processed for sending the newsletter, independently of participation in the prize draw.
Newsletter registration also uses the double opt-in procedure: after providing consent, the email address will receive a confirmation message. The newsletter registration is only completed once the confirmation link contained therein is clicked.
If the newsletter subscription is not confirmed, the email address will not be activated to receive the BARAU newsletter. Participation in the prize draw remains unaffected by this.
Consent to the newsletter may be revoked at any time with effect for the future, in particular via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter.

10. Exclusion from the Prize Draw
BARAU reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in the event of attempted manipulation, false information, multiple entries, or other violations of these terms and conditions.
11. Premature Termination
BARAU reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the prize draw prematurely for important reasons if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed due to technical, legal, or other reasons beyond BARAU's control.
Claims already established by winners remain unaffected by this, to the extent required by law.
12. Liability
BARAU is liable according to statutory provisions. Statutory warranty and liability rights are not restricted by these terms and conditions of participation.
13. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, while preserving mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the participant has their habitual residence.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
